  • Falling Victim to a Scam
    Jul 4 2026

It's time for another episode of Walkin' on the Wild Side, but this time, we are providing more of a public service. In this day and age, unfortunately, you don't only have to be aware in the woods, but also aware and vigilant due to really bad people. We ALMOST fell victim to an elaborate scam and it was quite a scary situation. We were fortunate to have escaped it, but many people aren't as lucky. We decided to share our experience in the hopes that we can create more awareness around these situation, and if we can help just one person it is worth it. It's a different walk in the wild side, but a wild ride on the wild side, nonetheless!
