I’m Hannah Grayson, a threat intelligence analyst with almost a decade of experience uncovering patterns most people never see. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with law enforcement and major social media platforms, tracking digital footprints, identifying dangerous behavior, and helping solve cases where every detail mattered.

Now, I’m bringing that same expertise to the stories that captivate us all: true crime cases with unexpected turns… and survival tales that show the power of human resilience.

Each week, we’ll break down remarkable investigations, unbelievable escapes, and the decision-making that shapes both criminals and survivors. From offenders who thought they could hide in the noise… to everyday people who found a way through the unthinkable… we’ll analyze the patterns and the strategies that reveal the truth.

If you love true crime, real-life survival, and analysis that cuts through the chaos, you’ve found your next obsession.

  • Murder of Betty Gore
    Jun 26 2026

We have a special one this week guys!!! Jess is the one telling the case!

On Friday, June 13, 1980, a quiet suburban community in North Texas became the backdrop for one of the most polarizing crimes in American history. When elementary school teacher Betty Gore was found dead in her home, local authorities were faced with a shockingly brutal scene: she had been struck 41 times with a wood-splitting axe. The investigation quickly shifted from a suspected random attack to a close family friend and fellow church member, Candy Montgomery. What followed was a trial that stunned the nation. As Candy took the stand to claim self-defense, a complex web of a secret extramarital affair, childhood trauma, and a controversial psychiatric diagnosis of a "dissociative reaction" collided in the Collin County courthouse. We break down the timeline of that fateful morning, the forensic evidence left behind, and the brief 3-hour jury deliberation that resulted in a total acquittal.

  • The Disappearance of Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon
    Jun 19 2026

In April 2014, two young Dutch students, 21-year-old Kris Kremers and 22-year-old Lisanne Froon, set off for what was supposed to be a scenic afternoon hike on the El Pianista trail in Boquete, Panama. They never returned, sparking one of the most baffling and tragic missing persons investigations in modern true crime history. Having arrived in the Chiriquí Province on March 15, 2014, the women began their fateful trek into the dense cloud forest around 11:00 AM on April 1, 2014. By 4:39 PM that same afternoon, the first desperate emergency call was placed, triggering a massive search effort after they missed a scheduled tour with their local guide, Feliciano Gonzalez. Over the days that followed, digital breadcrumbs revealed a grueling timeline of survival, including a final active phone check on Kris’s iPhone on April 6, 2014, without the correct PIN code, and a haunting sequence on April 8, 2014, when their camera captured 90 mysterious, consecutive flash photos in complete darkness between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM near the Continental Divide. The mystery deepened in June 2014 when a local Ngäbe villager discovered Lisanne’s blue canvas backpack near the rugged banks of the Culebra River (Río Culebra), leading lead Panamanian prosecutor Plinio Montenegro and forensic teams to recover fragmented bones and clothing from the Caribbean slope. To search for this episode or optimize its reach on platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, this wilderness survival mystery can be cataloged using high-traffic true crime keywords, including the Lisanne Froon and Kris Kremers Panama disappearances, the El Pianista trail mystery, the 90 night photos jungle log, the 112 emergency calls, and cold cases involving Dutch hikers lost in the cloud forest.
