Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. In this week's solo episode I chat about what it means to me to turn 50. I still can't believe it. It's a major life transition where we give less fucks, feel more confident in ourselves, say no to people pleasing and shift focus to our personal needs.

Turning 50 for me is about celebrating what I have achieved, putting me first (obviously I still take care of my kids) health becomes a big priority and its been about reinventing myself. The Glo Mentor is coming your way.

Where ever you are in your life any of this can be done. You don't have to wait until you are 50. Remember live life to the fullest, live a life of joy, don't let your past dictate you and surround yourself with the people that matter.
