I decided I wanted to make some changes in my life and started off with downloading audible and listening to a few things. I then came across this by accident and decided to listen to the waking up in the morning podcast as this is something I really struggle with. It’s made me realise a few things about myself that I wasn’t really that aware of, and the tips that are given in this podcast will stick in your mind if you really struggle with getting up in the morning and want to change this. This is so well narrated too. My first proper podcast I have listened to and 5 stars from me :-)
