    After the last king of the Sinhalese, King Sri Wickrama Rajasingha, fell into the hands of the British in 1815, the whole of Sri Lanka began to be ruled under the British government. In 1906, Sri Wickrama Noortiya was created by lawyer John de Silva Champion based on this incident. The play was compiled into a book by the Towerhall Theater Foundation for the Tower Centenary. This has been created based on the Noorthi script and the songs and dialogues contained in it have been included.

    In this part, the strategy used to kill the Mahadhikarama king of Pilimathalao and the king finally sentences the governor of Ratwatte and the countryman of Divulagala with him to death. Also, it shows the work done in Sabaragamuwa by Ahelepola Nilame as well as how Molligoda Nilame works to change the letter he sent to the king. This is done by Molligoda Nilame with the aim of getting the position of high court by causing conflict between Ahelepola Nilame and the king.

    At the beginning of this section, there is a discussion with him and his family at Ehalepola Nilame's house. He says that he is going to Sabaragamuwa area according to the royal order. After that, the section shows how Muttusami and a group of English soldiers who came to conquer the uplands are taken to the king for punishment.
