  • On Tonight's Special we have Danny Rocha, He's a young talented bartender from East Side of Houston Texas working out of Johnny's Gold Brick in the Houston Heights area. On this episode we talk a lot about food, cocktails and spirits(warning you might get very hungry and thirsty). We talk about his upbringing and the delicious food his grandmother and aunt would make for him. Danny talks about how in four days he went from working in the oil and gas industry to finding a job in the restaurant/bar industry. Danny shares with us how after working as a server he found an interest behind the bar that turned into a career. Danny also shares with us some of his hobbies, traits. We also touch on the process of creating a new cocktail and the challenges that come with executing that cocktail idea.
