Join Tim Fletcher, a pioneer in the Addictions & Mental Health Treatment profession and Founder of RE/ACT (Recovery Education for Addictions and Complex Trauma), and co-host Andy, as they share in candid conversations about healing and resilience in the world of Complex Trauma.

Tim helped people as a pastor for over 30 years before he faced his own significant experience with personal trauma. After taking some time to recover, he transitioned into the addiction treatment sector. There, he began to understand the deep connection between Complex Trauma and addiction, and Complex Trauma's incredible impact in people's lives.

In each episode of Time with Tim Fletcher, Tim and Andy will chat with guests and experts alike about their personal journeys, insights, and practical strategies for recovery.
