What shocked me most was how they even used young girls—dressed inappropriately and willing to lie—to try and seduce and manipulate buyers. These tactics weren’t just unprofessional; they were predatory and dangerous, targeting vulnerable families and individuals while hiding the truth about the community they were being sold.

I am Suellen Sanchez—one of the victims of Colony Ridge and co-creator of Terrenos Houston Demanda with my sister, Keilah Sanchez. For years, we have lived under constant harassment and threats. John Harris, the owner of Colony Ridge, has used cartel connections to stalk us and attempt to silence and eliminate us.

Instead of breaking down, we fought back. We began releasing public messages, even through a Russian spokesperson, directed at John Harris—warning him that we would not stay quiet. We documented everything: pictures, tags, addresses, and names of the people sent to follow us. All of this evidence is now in the hands of the DOJ and other federal agencies.
