    3. A Healthy Spirit. You can't lead your family spiritually if you're spiritually depleted. I talk about building daily rhythms rooted in God's word, and why we as moms are often the true spiritual leaders of our homes.

    4. A Healthy Family Foundation. The goal isn't perfection. It's a solid foundation your kids can build their lives on. I share what that looks like practically, even when your family isn't picture-perfect.
