I share the idea of Selfless Syndrome--our innate desire to take care of everyone and everything else except ourselves. I explain how this is a leading underlying cause to women's health issues today.     On this week's episode I dive into some of the myths we believe as women about what it takes to be and stay healthy. I also discuss what to do when you feel like you're doing all the "right things". Why cutting calories and doing more cardio not only doesn't work for women, but is often more harmful than helpful, and share the story of one of my clients who exemplified health and yet could not figure out how to get her energy back, feel well or lose weight until we got a really clear picture of her hormones.
