Faz Poursohi is a celebrated Bay Area restaurateur whose career reflects a rare blend of culinary passion, entrepreneurial vision, and operational excellence. Dennis Berkowitz is a veteran restaurateur and hospitality executive with 50+ years of leadership in food and beverage operations, concept development, and restaurant standards. Founder and President of Max’s World, he built one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest independent restaurant companies, operating 14 restaurants since 1978.
