    Jan 4 2026

Welcome to 2026! In this first episode of the year, I divee deep into the 8 dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental. This isn’t about New Year’s resolutions; it’s about creating a lighter, healthier, and more intentional way of living.

I share my personal journey and practical tips on how to approach each dimension without adding extra burden to your life. Whether it’s improving sleep, nurturing relationships, decluttering your space, or setting financial boundaries, this episode is your guide to wellness as a way of life.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Physical Wellness: Sleep, nutrition, and movement—small habits for big impact.

    • Emotional Wellness: Assessing relationships and setting healthy boundaries.

    • Mental Wellness: Digital detox, resilience, and managing cognitive load.

    • Social Wellness: Nurturing meaningful connections without overwhelm.

    • Spiritual Wellness: Finding purpose and meaning on your own terms.

  • Podmas | Final Thoughts: What 12 Episodes in 3 Weeks Taught Me About Creativity and Routine
    Dec 23 2025

Podmas is officially a wrap! 🎉 In this final episode of 2025, I’m reflecting on the highs, challenges, and surprises of releasing 12 short episodes in just three weeks—and what it taught me about creativity, efficiency, and my own limits.

From experimenting with release times to struggling with social media edits (and getting sick in the middle of it all!), this was a masterclass in adaptability. Here’s what I learned:

    • Short-form works for certain topics (like my to-do list rants or 2026 goals).

    • Consistency is harder than it looks—especially when balancing a full-time job.

    • Automation is my new best friend (hello, pre-made intros/outros for 2026!).

    • Listen to your energy: Daily releases? Fun, but not sustainable for me (yet!).

Biggest takeaway? Challenges like this reveal what’s working—and what needs to change. I’m grateful for the experiment, but I’m also ready to return to our biweekly rhythm in 2026 (with some exciting guest episodes planned!).

Thank you for listening, engaging, and growing with The Pulse this year. See you in 2026—rested, inspired, and ready for more!

  • Podmas | One Last 2025 Challenge: My First ‘Home Vacation’
    Dec 21 2025

For the first time ever, I’m staying home for the holidays—no travel, just me in my apartment. As an expat who’s used to jet-setting to see family and friends, this feels unfamiliar, even intimidating. But I’m choosing to see it as a new kind of adventure: a chance to slow down, explore my own city like a tourist, and tackle those lingering to-dos (without guilt!).

    In this episode, I’m sharing:

    • Why "home vacations" feel weird (especially as an expat with family scattered across the world).

    • My plan to turn staycation into soulcation: Museums I’ve never visited, cozy routines, and finally crossing off those "I’ll do it later" tasks.

    • The fear—and excitement—of solitude in the darkest days of winter.

This isn’t just about saving money or time. It’s about rediscovering the joy of where I live and giving myself permission to resttruly rest—without the pressure to "do" anything.

Your turn: Have you ever taken a "home vacation"? How did you make it special? Hit reply—I’d love your tips!
