It has been an epic year for the sport as we farewell 2025 and look ahead to what’s to come with a new head coach at the Melbourne Mavericks, possible team expansion and a new direction for Australian netball under the guidance of Liz Ellis.

The Diamonds have won back the Constellation Cup but it came at a significant cost, when Australian defender Sunday Aryang ruptured her ACL in the final second of the series.
