  • Stranded in Mexico... What I learned and how I turned the cartel popping off into the chance to see joy in uncertainty.
    Mar 5 2026

On today’s episode, we recap our Mexico adventure. This was Sarah’s first international trip and her first international retreat as the photographer. What started as a work-focused trip quickly turned into a growth journey on steroids and the beginning of an incredible sisterhood.

On the final full day of the retreat in Mexico, which also happened to be Sarah’s birthday on 2/22, the cartel began a war with the Mexican government, and we were suddenly thrown into a world of uncertainty.

But instead of spiraling or choosing to focus on the negatives, we talk about how Sarah chose to see the joy in the uncertainty, trust in God and the universe, and absorb some of the most beautiful and valuable lessons from the experience. Lessons that are still unfolding and proving themselves true even after Mexico ended and we returned home to our day-to-day lives.

Join the Legacy Edit Membership (formerly the Inner Healing Hub)

If this episode resonated and you’re ready to keep exploring the work we talk about here, this is exactly why the Legacy Edit Membership exists.

If you’ve heard me mention the Inner Healing Hub on the podcast before, this is the next evolution of that space. The Inner Healing Hub is now expanding and transforming into the Legacy Edit Membership, bringing together personal growth, deeper conversations, and community under one umbrella.

The Legacy Edit Membership is a space for women who are building full lives and businesses while also doing the deeper work of understanding themselves, regulating their emotions, and making aligned decisions. It’s a place to slow down, think clearly, and have real conversations about identity, confidence, relationships, and the way we move through the world.

    Inside the membership you’ll find:

    • Real conversations and teachings around emotional regulation, identity, confidence, and personal growth
    • Guided tools like meditations, reflection prompts, and resources to help you process what’s coming up in real time
    • Workshops, discussions, and community support from women who are also navigating big seasons of life and business
    • A grounded space to think, reflect, and make decisions from clarity instead of pressure

Right now, I’m opening a short window before the full Legacy Edit Membership officially rolls out.

From now until March 15th, you can join for $22 per month.

This is a founding rate. Anyone who joins during this window will lock in that $22 monthly price, even after the membership moves to its full rate.

After March 15th, all new members will join at the regular $44 per month.

If you’ve been listening to the podcast and thinking, “I wish there was a space to go deeper into these conversations,” this is that space.

  • From One Walk to a Movement: Building One Small Step Walks with Traci Kasper
    Feb 19 2026

This week marks our very first guest episode inside the Thrive Collective segment, and it could not have been a more aligned conversation.

Traci Kasper, founder of One Small Step Walks, joins us to talk about what happens when an idea that simply “sounds cool” turns into something much bigger than you ever planned.

We unpack how One Small Step Walks began as a simple, community-centered concept rooted in wellness and connection. No master monetization plan. No big business blueprint. Just one small step at a time.

    And then… momentum.

Traci shares how her lived experience navigating health challenges and major life disruptions shaped her philosophy around habits, mindset, and intentional momentum. One Small Step Walks isn’t just about walking. It’s about creating sustainable growth through small, consistent action — together.

This conversation is honest, energizing, and a real-time example of what’s possible when you follow a nudge and stay open to where it leads.

  • Stress, Startups & Staying Close
    Feb 12 2026

Today’s episode is an honest, unfiltered look at what it means to grow in real time without letting that growth quietly chip away at your relationship.

Sarah shares the behind-the-scenes of a major life transition season: launching a brand-new business venture with her partner after it was officially finalized in January, stepping into a new eight-to-five, preparing for her first international retreat in Mexico, and intentionally restructuring the backbone of her photography business to support long-term legacy building. All of it is happening at once. And none of it is small.

But this conversation isn’t just about logistics. It’s about what massive expansion does to a relationship.

When financial uncertainty increases, when one partner feels stretched outside their comfort zone and the other feels steady in familiar territory, when risk tolerance and decision-making speed start to look very different, how do you communicate without turning stress into separation? How do you name overwhelm instead of projecting it? How do you disagree without destabilizing the connection?

Sarah unpacks what this season is exposing: differences in stress response, the humbling experience of not being the expert, learning to treat conflict as data instead of evidence of incompatibility, and choosing to see a new venture as a shared legacy rather than one person’s project. She also speaks candidly about parenting through growth seasons, managing emotional bandwidth during wrestling season chaos, and protecting small connection rituals when time feels limited.

This episode is about navigating construction seasons in your life without mistaking the noise for damage. It’s about staying regulated enough to stay connected. And it’s a reminder that growth does not have to erode intimacy if you are intentional about protecting it while you build.

  • Learning to Hear Your Own Voice Again | The Self Edit
    Feb 5 2026

Somewhere between surviving, producing, pleasing, and managing everything around us…
a lot of us stopped hearing our own voice.

Not because it disappeared, but because it got crowded out.

In this episode, we’re talking about what it actually looks like to make space for yourself again. Not in a dramatic, all-or-nothing way — but in the small, honest moments where devotion to yourself starts to rebuild.

This conversation is for you if you’ve been feeling:

    • disconnected or muted
    • burnt out or resentful
    • unsure of what you actually think or want
    • tired of outsourcing your truth to noise, opinions, or approval

    February Theme: Devotion

This month’s theme is devotion — not to hustle, fixing, or proving…
but devotion to staying in relationship with yourself.

    Making space for your voice.
Noticing where you’ve been overriding your needs.

Choosing truth even when it’s quieter than validation.

  • The Legacy Edit Origin
    Jan 30 2026

This episode is the origin story of The Legacy Edit.

    Not the polished version.
    The real one.

I share the belief that every person is layered, multifaceted, and constantly evolving. We are not meant to arrive at a final version of ourselves and stay there. We are meant to edit. To refine. To grow with intention as life changes us.

The Legacy Edit was built on that premise.
    That identity is not fixed.
    That healing is not linear.
That becoming yourself is an ongoing process, not a destination.

This conversation is about choosing to participate in your own evolution instead of letting life happen on autopilot. It is about honoring who you were, integrating who you are, and allowing space for who you are becoming.

    No reinvention for show.
No chasing versions that do not fit.
Just intentional edits that align with your real life.

  • The Truth About Personal Branding: Why Clarity Comes Before Growth | Thrive Collective
    Jan 23 2026

Personal branding isn’t about being seen.
    It’s about being understood.

In this Thrive Collective segment of The Legacy Edit, Sarah Nicole expands on the ideas shared in the IG The Truth, Edited mini-series and takes the conversation deeper—beyond aesthetics, visibility, and performance.

This episode explores why clarity must come before growth, how brand confusion often signals misalignment, and what it actually means to build a brand that feels consistent, grounded, and sustainable—for both you and your audience.

If branding has felt heavy, scattered, or exhausting lately, this conversation offers a quieter, more stable starting point.

What We Cover in This Episode

    • Why visibility without clarity creates confusion—not trust
    • The difference between branding as performance vs. branding as presence
    • How internal alignment impacts your messaging, offers, and energy
    • Why growth doesn’t create alignment—alignment creates growth
    • What it looks like to build a brand that supports your capacity and your life
    • How clarity simplifies decisions and sharpens your voice naturally

    For You, Listening

If you’re building a business with intention—one rooted in purpose, impact, and sustainability—this episode is an invitation to pause before pushing.

    To clarify before scaling.
    To align before growing.
To let your brand reflect who you actually are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.

  • The Beginning of Us: A Couples Edit Reflection
    Jan 16 2026

Every relationship has a beginning—but not all beginnings are loud.

In this first episode of The Couples Edit, Sarah reflects on the quiet, intentional start of a relationship rooted in timing, self-trust, and choice. This isn’t a story about rushing toward certainty or chasing intensity. It’s about honoring the spark and the pause. Chemistry and discernment.

    This episode explores:

    • What it means to choose differently in love
    • The difference between intensity and alignment
    • How timing, patience, and presence shape healthy connection
    • Why beginnings deserve just as much care as long-term commitment

    This conversation isn’t about perfection.
    It’s about intention.

  • You Don’t Get to Decide What Was “Bad Enough”
    Jan 8 2026

In this episode of The Legacy Edit, we address a conversation that refuses to stay quiet.

The idea that trauma has to meet some invisible threshold to count.
That survival only “qualifies” if it looks extreme enough from the outside.

We’re unpacking why that belief is not only inaccurate—but harmful.

Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and trauma research, this episode explains a grounded truth: trauma is not defined by the event itself, but by how the nervous system experienced threat in that moment. It is shaped by age, context, power, perceived safety, and access to support—not by comparison.

You’ll hear why two people can live through the same experience and carry it differently. Why children, siblings, and even adults in the same household do not store stress the same way. And why acknowledging trauma is not about claiming victimhood—it’s about understanding how your body learned to survive, so you can choose how to live now.

This episode is for anyone who has ever questioned whether what they went through was “bad enough.”
For anyone whose life looked fine on paper, but whose body stayed braced anyway.
For anyone ready to stop arguing with their own nervous system—and start listening to it.

    No ranking.
    No gatekeeping.
    Just clarity, science, and responsibility.
