My two cents on premiere Orlando and where the beauty industry is going.

this weekend opened my eyes because it validated how I've been feeling about the industry. I know this won't affect everyone, but its something to think about as you progress within the industry.

I love my industry and my friends, but either we learn how to grow together or we will continue to grow apart.
