Through the last few months, I've been focusing on working with my clients and myself. In this hermit stage I began to grow and heal at levels I never expected or thought possible. 

From that metamorphosis, I am excited to be offering my gifts in different ways.

Spiritually speaking, the Dark Night of the Soul is a huge part of a spiritual journey, especially for those who are pursing spiritual development and enlightenment. I begin to discuss the Dark Night, if only briefly as I see many future podcasts on the topic being brought forward. 

Over the last six months or so, I went through another Dark Night, which allowed me to see my toxic traits, and purge them. Giving them to The Creator, giving me the perspective and ability to take those toxic traits, and release them from my soul. Transmuting them into something of value, unconditional love for those who are still experiencing those toxins, and for all of Creation no matter what. Period.

The hardest aspect of this current period of time will be offering forgiveness to those who will never ask for it. 

Forgiveness isn't for those who hurt us, but rather is for ourselves to aid in healing, growth, and development. 

In this podcast, I discuss some of the reasons why I have found forgiveness to be vital in my spiritual growth, but also in my overall development as a person. 

As we journey through life, it can be difficult to see where in our lives we are out of balance, where we need additional healing, and what we need to do to find centeredness in our lives. 

Self reflection gives us the tools we need to work through our shadows, our pitfalls and our struggles. Self reflection helps us develop into better people, no matter if that is personal development, spiritual development, or just maturing as people. 

Awareness helps us to not only journey through life, but to find happiness and enjoy life! 

In this episode I dive into awareness and how it is connected with centeredness and how awareness has impacted my journey. Awareness helps us to truly see ourselves as we are, and make adjustments to help us love who we are! 

In order for us to grow on our spiritual path, we have to become aware of where in our lives we have material attachments, and what we can do to still experience a life that is fun and brings happiness, without being attached to our material goods. 

In this podcast, I discuss why focusing on material possessions harms us spiritually and how we can make slight changes to our perspectives to our focus.  

Duality is a subject that many avoid, mainly because we have been programmed to think in a dualistic way since childhood. 

In order to move past this dualistic thinking, we have to address our ego, our narrowmindedness and our own preconceived notions and constructs. But until we do this, we will always struggle with enlightenment, and will likely never achieve true ascension.

No matter how perfect our childhood is, we are created with shadows in our psyche. These shadows influence how we behave in our lives, our spirituality, and can be healed through the medicine wheel. I dive deeper into these shadows, and explain how they are linked to our chakras and into the medicine wheel of life.
