Bob Lenarduzzi grew up in an Italian family in East Vancouver and became one of Canada’s first soccer legends in the 1970s and 80s as a member of the OG NASL Vancouver Whitecaps and the national men’s team that played in the 1986 World Cup.

Frank McKenna was a rural New Brunswick lawyer who rose to become one of Canada’s most successful politicians in the 1980s and 90s.
