I talk about boundaries, relationships, overextending myself, self-abandonment, growth, and what it means to stop performing for other people’s comfort.

This feels like such a full circle episode for me. I can feel myself reconnecting with the version of me who first started this podcast, while also stepping into a completely new chapter with more clarity, trust, and confidence.
