 A narrative I often repeat to myself is "It's all apart of the story", which is my way of acknowledging that theres good and bad circumstances, nether of them last forever, and you got to keep pushing and walking through it. 

Adversity, is something we can all agree that we face individually and collectively. We feel it extremely prevalent in this day and age with seeing so much hurt and pain globally. Though its overwhelming at points, we have to choose whether we let the narrative be flatlined or we see it through. 

Having this conversation about facing troubes, discussing what to do when your experiencing that head on,is therapeutic and I recommend you do as well.

In this episode, I reflect a journal piece I found recently, where I was 13 years old writing on confidence. To me I always felt that being a tall girl so young, I needed to learn hwo to walk with my head high. I would constantly try to make myself feel small, because no one else was my height. But I learned to take up the space I occupy, no matter where or what the occasion is. That was the introduction to me allowing my inner queen energy to have poise, nuture my character and appearance that feels parallel.

Hello Friends!

This vulnerable episode I share a tad about what's been circulating through my mind as a 25 year old, realizing how fast time is going by, 2023 is almost coming to its final quarter. I explain how that has made me want to slow down a bit mentally and physically. 

I've chosen to listen to some wise words I've read, bringing light that time is some of the most precious things we have, and neither of us know, just how much we have. It's simply a betting game every waking moment. Which brings in the ultimate question, what are you doing with your time? Are you satisfied with who you give your time to? When we think like this it causes a chain reaction to then begin wondering why we do the things we do, if we understand that our earthly clock is always ticking down.

Hello friends. During this week of the New Moon in Leo, a lot came up for me, to reflect on my time in Julliard Music Advancement Program. It was the epicenter of my realization for music and art. I genuinely still become shocked knowing I even had the experience and memories walking into the doors of this all time prestigeous school. But of course everything isn't always sweet, adversity is real, and how you choose to come out of it always wins in my book.
