Stephanie’s Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds wings (drumettes and flats)
- Avocado oil spray
- salt
- Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce or Kinder's buffalo sauce
Directions
- Put wings on your broiler pan and spray with avocado oil and sprinkle salt
- Bake on broiler pan at 425 for 40-45 minutes
- Pull the wings out of the oven and put in a 8x10 pan
- Generously coat with the sauce
- Put back in the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrot and celery sticks.
Mary’s Buffalo Chicken Dip in the slow cooker
Ingredients
- Shredded chicken
- Block of cream cheese
- Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce or Kinder's buffalo sauce
- Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing
- Shredded cheese (Stephanie loves to do a white cheddar and sharp yellow cheddar mix, but you can also use (any) cheddar or monterey jack or pepper jack cheese)
Optional add-ins:
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Green onions
Mix everything in the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1-2 hours.
Stir frequently to make sure the cream cheese doesn’t burn.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks and carrot sticks, radishes
