It will take 10 years to go around the sun 1 time. 10 time a 100 earth years is 1000 years. That why people was living for a 1,000 years back in the day. Because Earth use to be between Mars and Jupiter. All them asteroid belt is part of Earth and moon collide to move the Earth to it's new location.
