About this listen

Two fans have a look at each episode of Blake's 7, in order, discussing what we love about it, but also going into more depth about the stories and characters.

We'll also be looking at the guests stars, and including some fun segments such as "look, it was the 1980s", "what cool lines did Chris Boucher write for Avon this week?", and "player of the week"!

I have had a lot of fun listening to this entertaining and informative watch a long podcast about beloved Blake's 7.
I'm particularly fond of the "What cool lines did Chris Boucher give Avon this week?" section after the initial episode discussion.
I am also fond in hearing the occasional 'Blake, Top bloke' ect.

I'm just very sad that they haven't continued the series!

Although I’ve been on Audible for five years and have a few hundred novels in my library, I’ve never bothered with Podcasts, I know what I like and saw no reason to have to pay for them, because I thought you had to subscribe and didn’t realise they were free, well if you are audible member they are, so I downloaded three different podcasts just on Blakes seven and one on space 1999, that I haven’t listened to yet, the first Blakes seven podcast. I listened to half of one episode and deleted it, two Americans talking shit and mentioning everything from manga to characters from science-fiction Novels, I’ve never heard of, another by a couple of teenagers who really didn’t seem to understand any of the nuances of the show they were talking about, and even I listen to 2 of those episodes and I had to delete and remove from my library, and then there are these to Aussies, So not only do they know what they’re talking about. They actually make it interesting to listen to for 50 minutes per episode. I’m leaving this review after listening to just five episodes but they’ve all been worth listening to, They discuss all the particular episodes in great detail and told me things that I didn’t know as I’ve been a Blakes seven fan ever since I was 14 years old in 1978 when it came on the BBC, and I like to binge watch them over a weekend on DVD once or twice a year, and then every few years, I just watch a couple of episodes a night from beginning to end over a couple of months period of time but I’m getting off the point. This is a podcast about Blake seven that is just worth listening to if you have a genuine interest in the show and want to listen to the two guys, who actually know what they’re talking about and not a couple of teenagers who just giggle and laugh and talk about Blakes 7 20% of the time and 80% of the time about a load of old shit, that’s nothing to do with the show whatsoever.

A podcast of Blakes seven, that was actually interesting to listen to!
