About this listen
Episode 3: Something shifted…
In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of honoring your past self without letting your past keep you from the blessings of your present. Growth doesn’t require erasing who you were — it asks you to acknowledge the lessons, release what no longer fits, and step boldly into the next chapter, season, or phase of your life.
This conversation is about recognizing how far you’ve come, giving grace to the version of you who survived what you didn’t yet have the tools for, and allowing yourself to grow without guilt. Outgrowing people, patterns, and perspectives can feel uncomfortable, but it’s often the clearest sign that growth is happening.
As we continue our Glow Up Goals:
- Daily: Practice the affirmation — I am enough.
- Weekly: Journal and reflect on this question: What do I need to outgrow or let go of in order to continue growing?
- Monthly: Stay committed to our ongoing practice of showing up intentionally and consistently for ourselves.
