we're definitely seeing a twist on traditions. There's a lot of traditions that go years and years and years past of things that people normally do or don't do in a wedding. But a lot of those traditions are taking a turn and a twist either putting a new twist on that tradition, or basically kind of almost starting to eliminate that tradition and move forward with something else.
bridal parties stand out to me with the whole with traditions. Typically, if you look at years past weddings, a lot of your bridesmaids are going to be in the same color dresses the same style dresses. Right now we're seeing a huge trend pulling away from that. Right now we're seeing so much more color Incorporated. So much more flexibility for the girls that are in the bridal party to be able to choose their own dress, choose their own color, maybe within some sort of color palette, choose their own style of dress, and not all the dresses are matchy matchy these days. Some have a floral print on them. Some might be a different fabric or texture. Some might be long, some might be short, some might have sleeves, some may not have sleeves, but the the design aspects of what the girls are wearing nowadays are definitely moving in a more trendier style than traditionally known as one dress. One color one style. I love it. I'm here for it. Also the bridesmaids what we've also been seeing Is brides trying to shy away a little bit from the traditional bridesmaids bouquets and starting to do a different twist on their bouquets. Maybe that bouquet might be now a floral adorned purse or clutch, or a flower ring, or maybe even carrying a dog. I have seen very dogs. There's definitely a wider vision that's going on than just your standard bridesmaids bouquets right now. lanterns are a good or incorperate incorporation, maybe adding just some trailing florals down the lanterns. There's so many different things you can do. And I think Pinterest is being is being played and so a big part of today's society where people are getting ideas and visions and things like that. But yeah, it's it's it's fun.

One of the topics that they wanted to discuss with us regarding something borrowed was the trend of bringing the indoors out. And that means basically, outdoor weddings, all the elements that are added into outdoor weddings, besides your tables and chairs, things like lighting, different kinds of furniture sets, different pieces of furniture, different decor, things like that.  The creativity behind using some of the things and different areas of your ceremony cocktail hour or reception.

First is the date. The date is important to ensure for our availability as a vendor. And if you're interested in certain rental items, that those items are not already secured by another client. We do have a lot of rental items that are very niche II and one off that we do only have that quantity of one on. So once it is booked for that date, then unless there's a cancellation, then that item will not be available for the date that you could be inquiring about. The location is also extremely important. We do travel but we want to make sure that we can deliver to your location that the wedding is being held at and it's not outside of our traveling area. You don't want to get to your consultation and then come in and then find out that it's three hours away from here and that we wouldn't be able to facilitate the event. So location is important. Location is also important because some venues do include rentals in their packages. Some rental some venues will include rent tools such as tables and chairs, and Arbor and different things. So knowing where your venue and your location is going to be is going to be helpful and knowing what items you're going to need for your wedding. Also, if the venue does include tables, you will want to know what size those tables are the size of the tables, if you do need to record if you need linens from us, that's going to be our first question. Our first question is going to be okay, what size tables do they provide? Because we want to ensure that we're providing the correct length table class that you will be needing for your tables. And lastly, a good thing to also know before scheduling a consultation is your budget, a component of your budget is going to include your guest count, and approximate guest count is very important to have. And then also knowing what how many people you're going to have in your bridal party. So those are kind of some of my little helpful tips to kind of prepare for before your consultation.
