  • How to Survive Long Distance Friendships Feat. my BFFs
    Jan 5 2026

    Happy New Year!

This week's episode is about surviving long distance friendships, and what better way to talk about friendships than with my two bffs! Long distance friendships can be hard to maintain at times, but they don’t have to fade. Nat, Laura, and I talk honestly about how we survive our long distance friendship, how we stay emotionally connected, and how it's possible and sustainable to keep real friendships strong across the distance, busy schedules, and life's curveballs. This episode explores practical ways to maintain long distance friendships in today’s fast paced and digital world. Whether you’re dealing with moving away, changing schools, or other life transitions, our conversation offers some real advice, personal stories, and encouragement for anyone trying to keep meaningful friendships alive from afar.

  • Your end of Year to Do List
    Dec 15 2025

2026 is approaching at a very rapid pace, but we still have some time to cross a few more things off of our to do list. Today we'll discuss some of my end of year to dos in hopes that it can inspire you to stay present, grounded, and grateful for the rest of 2025.

Just to name a few, we'll dive into:

    • creating time for holiday festivities with family and friends
    • starting your health and fitness journey NOW
    • shopping for your gratitude jars or mood boards before the new year
    • allowing space in your day to take a break and breathe during a busy season
    • doing an end of year reset in your home and on social media
    • staying present throughout the holidays

Whether you are wrapping up end of year quotas for work, or prepping for a large family dinner, the end of the year can be a hectic time, but also such a meaningful and beautiful time if you make it one.

Let me know what to dos you have already crossed off!
