• The Funeral of the Inner Saboteur
    Jun 26 2026

After a short break from the cautionary tales, we bring back the therapy sessions with a brand new outlook and approach on the hardest topics that we need healing from. With the combination of grief and comparison, it creates a look on life that forces us to count ourselves out of all of the things in life we look forward to achieving. However, we can change this by focusing on how exactly our season, obedience, and our inner saboteur can affect the way we go forth in our day to day moments.

As always, thank you so much for being here and taking the time to heal! Liked this therapy session? Follow us on all social platforms @sincerely_bap and streaming services to join the Ragebabe and Crashdummy Collective! Drive safe and see you at our next session!

  • A Girl’s Common Sense: Are We the Problem?
    May 29 2026

Building from our last therapy session, we dive into one of the most important areas as to what contributes to our trauma as women, which we know as men. However, a certain part in life allowed me to understand that I may be the problem in this moment as I have allowed certain things to happen without interfering with the idea of love I’m looking for in life. With what I’ve seen in media and society, it pushes more of an image about love that I may need to fix…..

Love is never easy, but when you put yourself inside a world that can trap you if you’re not careful, you’re going to question yourself and your worth. This therapy session, allow yourself to know that what you pour into yourself, will ultimately come out into your reality, even in relationships?

  • Those Slim Thick Regrets
    May 15 2026

As someone who grew up being inspired by video vixens and the way they carried themselves beyond their bodies, I wanted to be just like them. Yet, I realized that little by little, I would become the person that would like them but only loved for the body I have.

In this therapy session, we talk all things body image and how those slim thick regrets may unfortunately be associated as a treasure, but at a high price. Although the anatomy may run as currency and even operate the mind, it’s more than just a skeleton in a closet. By the end, you will understand what this does in our world while also recognizing and reinforcing our boundaries about what was created.
