• Tax Planning
    Apr 10 2026

Tax planning gets sold like it's a bag of magic tricks. It is NOT! Know the rules, know your numbers, make your moves before 30 June. That is genuinely it.

Aly G and Leethal Lee start with the bit most biz owners skip: structure. Sole trader, company, trust, it matters. A LOT. It changes your tax rate, your timing, and the decisions you need to lock in before year end, especially if trust distributions are in the mix.

Then they cut through the "just find me a deduction" mindset and bring it back to cash flow, purpose, and risk. Spending money just to chase a deduction is rarely the smartest move. And the taxman-ian devil (aka ATO) can see a lot more than you think. Pre-fill data, Stripe income, crypto matching, third-party reports. Sloppy claims get expensive, fast.

Then the practical stuff. Timing your income. Handling unearned income and grants. Writing off bad debts. Reviewing stock. Prepaid expenses. Getting super contributions in before it is too late. Instant asset write-off rules (and why selling that asset later can come back to bite you). Home office and motor vehicle methods people consistently get wrong.

The goal is not zero tax. It is the right amount of tax. And a much calmer 30 June.

Listen now, then subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a biz owner who could use a better plan before EOFY hits.

  • How to Pay Yourself in a biz
    Apr 7 2026

Treating the company bank account like a personal ATM feels great, right up until it's NOT!

In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee unpack the ways Australian biz owners can pay themselves from a company, why "just transferring funds" is not a strategy, and how a seemingly harmless habit can snowball into a very big later me problem.

They walk through the options: salary and wages (think Single Touch Payroll, PAYGW, super, and why the "we'll sort it at year end" approach really doesn't fly anymore), versus dividends and drawings. They also break down what Division 7A actually is in plain English: has the company paid money or expenses on your behalf without the right tax being paid? Once you see it that way, the rules get a lot less scary.

From there, it's about the questions that drive smart tax planning: what can the business genuinely afford after tax, suppliers, and growth? What mix of wages and dividends suits your situation? They also bust the "double tax" myth!

Plus, the sneaky stuff that quietly ends up in loan accounts: private expenses on the company card, the family holiday that was technically a business trip, entertainment, perks, and all the things that can trigger Fringe Benefits Tax or worse.

If you want to pay yourself properly and actually sleep at night, this one's for you. Press play, subscribe, share it with a fellow biz owner, and leave a review so more people stop learning these lessons the expensive way.

  • Burnout In Business
    Mar 24 2026

This episode is a little different. A little more personal. A little more real.

We talk about burnout, not as a buzzword, but as something many founders quietly carry. The pressure, the responsibility, the constant giving of yourself to your biz, your team, and your clients, sometimes without realising how much it is taking from you. It is an honest conversation about what happens when strong people get tired, and why even the most passionate biz owners sometimes need to stop and breathe.

This episode also marks a big moment for us. Lethal Lee is stepping away from All In to follow her own next chapter. No drama, no fireworks, just deep respect, gratitude, and the kind of goodbye that comes when people have built something meaningful together. Lee has been part of the All In story, the laughs, the big ideas, the tough days, and the wins, and this conversation reflects on what it means to grow, to change, and to back each other even when paths start to look different.

It is about friendship. It is about courage. It is about knowing when to push forward and when to choose a different road.

If you have ever had to make a hard decision for your wellbeing, your future, or simply because it was time, this episode will land close to home. Sometimes the strongest move is not holding on. Sometimes it is letting go with gratitude and cheering each other on anyway.

Some chapters close. New ones begin. And the best partnerships are the ones that survive the page turn but don't worry, this podcast continues on ...

  • Profit Isn’t Cash: The Numbers Every Founder Must Understand
    Mar 7 2026

Strong sales but a weak bank balance? You’re not alone. Many founders feel like they’re winning on paper but losing in cash, and the reason usually comes down to not fully understanding the three core financial reports. In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee break down the profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow in plain English so you can see what your numbers are really telling you.

We unpack why profit doesn’t equal cash, the handful of P&L lines that actually drive results, and the hidden cash traps sitting on your balance sheet, from stock and debtors to loan repayments and drawings. You’ll also learn the simple formula that explains where your money actually goes: profit movement + balance sheet movement = cash movement.

If you want to stop guessing and start making confident financial decisions in your business, this episode will change the way you look at your numbers.

  • Having It All… or Having What Matters?
    Mar 5 2026

We’ve all heard the promise: you can have it all. But what happens when that empowering idea starts to feel more like a scoreboard you can never win? In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee we peel back the highlight reel and talk honestly about ambition, motherhood, mental load and the quiet trade-offs that rarely make it to social media.

We share personal experiences of assumptions about career progression and parenting, the simple phrase that changed everything, ask us, don’t guess, and practical ways workplaces can support real life, including navigating Australia’s paid parental leave and making the return-to-work transition smoother.

Because the real question isn’t whether you can have it all — it’s what you’re choosing, what you’re sacrificing, and whether that choice is truly yours. Tune in for a conversation about redefining success, setting boundaries that hold, and building a life that actually works for you.

    Feb 28 2026

Ready to stop doing everything yourself without breaking the business… or your brain?

In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee work through the real leap from first contractor to first employee, drawing on our lived experiences, the wins, the wobbles, and the “why did we think this was a good idea?” moments. We unpack the mindset shift, the money maths, and the legal guardrails that keep you safe while you scale.

From contracts and awards to STP, payday super and payroll software, we cover the dry stuff that saves you later, with a few honest truths about the emotional side of hiring and firing too.

    Feb 21 2026

In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee lovingly dismantle the DIY delusion and spill the tea on who should actually be running what behind the scenes of your business.

    Because:

    ✨Your VA isn’t your bookkeeper.
✨Your accountant might be a good candidate to be your biz coach.

  • Building The Right Business Structure Without The Jargon
    Feb 15 2026

Choosing a biz structure shouldn’t feel like spinning a wheel and hoping for the best. In this episode, Aly G and Leethal Lee break down the tea on sole trader vs company vs trust, minus the boring textbook vibes.

    We’re talking:

✨ The tax traps that catch first-time sole traders off guard (hello, double whammy tax shock 👀)
✨ Why the ATO has been tightening the screws on payment plans and remitting general interest charges
✨ How to avoid sliding into a totally preventable debt spiral
✨ What “asset protection” actually means in real life
✨ And how your structure impacts funding, privacy, and future growth

Then we get real about company life. Yes, there’s the capped corporate tax rate and shiny “separate legal entity” perks… but there are also very real director duties that ASIC and the ATO absolutely enforce. And if you’re selling your own skills? We unpack the personal services income rules that can wipe out that dreamy “company tax advantage.”

    Trusts? Oh, we go there.
Discretionary distributions. Capital gains tax concessions. Flexibility. Wealth-building power. And the ATO’s very clear position that cash needs to match the paperwork.

We share the war stories, family law battles, unexpected losses, liquidations, shadow directorship drama, messy money flows, and the lessons that come with them.

    We break down:
✔️ Why the modern “company + trust shareholder” stack is popular
✔️ When that setup doesn’t make sense
✔️ What you’re really signing when you become a director
✔️ How to balance tax savings against legal risk
✔️ And how to protect yourself from coercive decisions

We wrap with a no-fluff setup checklist:
    ABN or ACN?
    Business name?
    GST?
    Separate bank accounts (non-negotiable)?
    Smart software?
    Insurance?
    Record-keeping that actually scales?

If you’ve been overthinking your structure or low-key avoiding it because it feels confusing, this one’s for you.

Make sure to follow the show and join us with bold moves, big wins, women leading the way.
