Welcome to Episode 3 of the Sciversity podcast! We recorded this episode quite a while ago (on October 11th) when a demonstration was staged due to an article that came out in early October when the rainbow crossing commissioned by Compass as a permanent symbol of diversity at TU/e was denied. We discuss this demonstration in detail during this episode, interviewing Dr. Eva Demerouti, a full professor of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences at TU/e, in the Human Performance Management group, as well as Lara Hofstra, the TU/e Student Diversity Officer, Niek Lange from the Groep-één board, and Chloe van den Heuvel from the Compass board and Stern Hutjes from Lighthouse.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the interview, as well as TU/e, TU/e Diversity and Inclusion committee, TU/e Compass, PLURAL, and our production team: Teddy, Ludo, Luca and Sarah.
