  • Summary

  • Welcome to Samvaad, an Ukaalo podcast!

In a bid to diversify its stream of operations, and to contribute to civic space discussions/dialogues, Ukaalo Abhiyan, in its second year, launched a couple of interactive projects. Samvaad, a podcast encompassing conversations ranging from everyday issues to diplomacy, is one of them.

Through Samvaad, Ukaalo looks to initiate conversations on matters of significance appealing to all segments of Nepali society. And to carry issues that have yet to find significant space in the Nepali mediascape.

    Samvaad is an Ukaalo presentation.

In the first season, we break down how Nepal looks at the world, and what the future holds for us as Nepalis. Samvaad is over history, economic diplomacy, the Nepali diaspora, the Himalayas, our heritage, and our foreign policy.
