Have you ever woken up thinking I didn't get enough sleep, or gone to bed thinking I didn't get enough exercise or enough done... I'm not rich enough, smart enough, fun enough, pretty enough... I don't have enough time... there aren't enough good dates, jobs, people - and the list goes on.
Today we explore a limiting belief that is very sneaky and pervasive.
The theme of ‘lack’ or ‘not-enough’ runs deep and keeps us living small, fearful, anxious lives.
Lack will always limit the joy and satisfaction we deserve to experience and keep us disconnected from our desires and living lives that we’re actually energised for.
In a culture built on scarcity, it can be hard to avoid - but not impossible once you can recognise the tricks that lack plays with our minds.
After years of making conscious choices to live from a mindset of enough-ness or abundance, we’re continuing to find new levels of awareness and ways to shift out of this limited way of being.
