Daily Enchantment: Healing Spell (Emotional or Physical)
Supplies:
-Green Candle
-Lavender Essential Oil
-Sea salt
-ceramic or glass bowl
-rose quartz
Steps:
1. Prepare space or altar where you won't be distracted
2. Light the green candle and place in front of you
3. Apply small amount of lavender oil to hands and rub them to warm the oil while breathing in the calming scent
4. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt around the candle to form a small protective circle
5. Hold rose quartz in left hand imagining a healing light around you
6. Focus on candle's flame and visualize healing energy flowing towards you, enveloping any area that needs healing
7. Repeat aloud or in your mind: "Healing energies, come to me with deep gratitude, I restore my being. So mote it be."
8. Allow candle to burn completely or if you prefer you can gently extinguish when you are ready thanking the universe, deities, spirits, etc.
Tip: Perform this with a calm mind, and concentration (deep breathing helps)
