Instant messaging apps enable you to interact with an employee in real-time, with you getting instant replies. Integrating all existing business apps is nearly impossible with emails. Email is slow and tedious, but with instant messaging apps, it’s a whole new world. Integrating existing apps with emails is almost impossible with IM apps, but they perform better than emails, they don’t offer the seamless user experience.
