    In this episode, Christine chats with Ryan Lockhart, born and raised in the United States, a dedicated ballroom dance professional for over 20 years. Alongside his wife, Danelle, he has been dancing and competing for more than 11 years. Together, they are two-time Fred Astaire National Open Professional American Rhythm Champions and have been finalists at numerous prestigious competitions across the country, including Open Professional American Rhythm World Finalists.

    Based in San Diego, California, Ryan and Danelle own and operate the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Carmel Mountain Ranch and organize events for the San Diego Fred Astaire Region.

    Known for their dynamic speed, powerful partnering, and distinctive style, they are recognized as one of the most unique and captivating couples on the dance floor.

    In addition to his dance career, Ryan brings over 23 years of martial arts training in Kenjitsu, influencing his movement with precision, discipline, and a refined sense of timing that sets his performance apart.

As Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Clinical Director of Proprioceptive Solutions, he co-founded the first Movement Hospital in La Jolla, CA, an outpatient healthcare system mirroring the operational scale and revenue diversity of in-patient hospitals, designed to unite rehabilitation, applied science, human performance, nutraceuticals, regenerative medicine, and credentialing within a single interdisciplinary framework to elevate community health status across North America.

    Philip holds dual Master of Science degrees in Kinesiology, one in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise and one in Sports Metabolism, and is a Doctor of Health Sciences candidate formally trained in Osteopathic Principles. His broader research interests explore the relationship between physiology, environmental conditions, and human performance adaptation.
