  • Nothing Happened!? | Alamo, Cassie, Rue, Nate, Maddy - What's going to Happen!? Euphoria Season 3 #6
    May 19 2026

This week on Recap & Record, Levi & Los are back breaking down Euphoria Season 3 Episode 6… and for the first time this season, we may have officially hit a wall. One incredible opening sequence? Absolutely. Everything after that? We have some questions. A lot of questions. We dive into Alamo’s backstory and how what looked like another predictable setup turned into one of the best moments of the season. Preston’s story hit hard, gave us a totally different perspective on Alamo, and honestly left us wanting an entire episode dedicated just to that storyline. Then things get… weird.Rue is still somehow buried alive but also casually making phone calls. Alamo and Lori finally sit down for a conversation that raises more questions than answers. The drug operation logic starts falling apart, the stakes don’t add up, and Levi & Los start wondering if Euphoria is stretching itself way beyond what makes sense. Meanwhile, Jules somehow continues her reign as the most frustrating character this season, Cassie makes another life-changing decision that may completely implode everything around her, Nate gets beat up again, and Maddie somehow only exists for about thirty seconds of screen time. Then we get Rue standing in front of a burning tree in what might be a spiritual awakening… or a hallucination… or another metaphor… honestly at this point we’re just trying to keep up. With only two episodes left, Levi & Los talk about what they actually want to happen: chaos, consequences, Alamo finally making moves, and somebody… literally anybody… moving the plot forward. What did you think of Episode 6? Did it hit for you or are we all just pretending something happened?

  • Cassie Gets BIG & Famous on OF - Sydney Sweeney's BEST PERFORMANCE | Euphoria #305 - Recap & Record
    May 12 2026
Cassie Howard officially broke the internet this week… and somehow that STILL wasn’t the craziest thing that happened in Euphoria Season 3 Episode 5.On this episode of Recap & Record with Levi & Los, we’re diving headfirst into “This Little Piggy,” aka the most uncomfortable, chaotic, toe-destroying episode HBO has dropped all season. Seriously… whoever on the writing staff has a foot fetish needs to be investigated immediately. 😭This episode felt like Euphoria finally remembered what made the show so addictive in the first place. The characters are finally colliding again, the storylines are intertwining, and everything feels way more dangerous than the first few episodes. Instead of everybody being separated in their own little bubble, we’re finally seeing the tension build across the entire cast. And let’s be honest… Sydney Sweeney completely stole this episode. From the INSANE giant Cassie opening montage to the influencer podcast scenes to the Shakespeare audition, this felt like the biggest “Cassie episode” we’ve ever gotten. We break down the entire OnlyFans storyline, the psychology behind internet fame, and whether Maddie is actually helping Cassie… or quietly setting her up for disaster.Because let’s face it:Nobody signs entertainment contracts that fast without getting absolutely cooked eventually. We also get into:• Nate somehow becoming even MORE pathetic this season• Why Alamo might secretly be carrying the entire show• Rue and Jules continuing their weirdest relationship era yet• Maddie playing every side like a social media chameleon• The terrifying reality of influencer “management”• The fake phone call scene• Why everybody in Hollywood still wants fame even after making internet money• And the absolute insanity of that final buried-alive horse sequenceAlso… can we talk about the fact that Nate is getting extorted by violent criminals and STILL doesn’t own a weapon, hire security, or leave the house? My guy is just upstairs waiting to lose another limb every episode. 😭And yes… we spend an unreasonable amount of time discussing the economics of OnlyFans versus Hollywood because Euphoria casually dropped one of the wildest conversations about modern entertainment we’ve seen on TV in a long time. This episode had:✔️ Horror movie energy✔️ Social commentary✔️ Giant Sydney Sweeney visuals✔️ Emotional manipulation✔️ Polo horse terrorism✔️ More feet than Quentin Tarantino’s hard driveIt was absurd. It was stressful. It was somehow hilarious. And honestly? It might’ve been our favorite episode of the season so far.Subscribe for weekly Euphoria recaps, breakdowns, theories, reactions, and chaotic conversations with Levi & Los every week on Recap & Record.

  • Euphoria S3 Episode 4 Breakdown: Rue Flips, Nate Spirals & Cassie’s Wild New Plan | Recap & Record
    May 5 2026
Another week, another absolutely unhinged episode of Euphoria… and yeah, this one might be the biggest of the season so far.Levi & Los are back breaking down Episode 4, where everything finally starts tightening up. The story isn’t getting bigger anymore, it’s getting sharper… and somehow more chaotic at the same time.Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/recapnrecord/https://www.instagram.com/280plus_pod/https://www.instagram.com/whatarewedoing_pod/Follow us on X: https://x.com/levi_mccurdyhttps://x.com/280plus_PodRue is in way over her head after getting picked up by the DEA, and watching her try to play it cool is painful in the best way. Nate somehow finds a way to hit a new low, turning a missing toe into a full-blown life metaphor while begging for a way out of a situation he clearly created himself. And then there’s Cassie, who wastes zero time pivoting into her next move… which might actually work, depending on how far she’s willing to take it.Meanwhile, we get one of the weirdest side plots of the season with Jules completely fumbling a major opportunity, and a few moments that make you question what direction this show is really heading in.We also get into the bigger picture of where Season 3 is going, whether this feels like an ending or something that could keep going, and some of the writing choices that have us raising an eyebrow. This episode had a little bit of everything… tension, chaos, questionable decisions, and just enough logic to keep you locked in.Let’s talk about it.

  • The Wedding | Sydney Sweeney & Jacob Elordi ROCKED | Euphoria Season 3, Episode 3 - Full Breakdown
    Apr 28 2026
Levi & Los are BACK breaking down Season 3, Episode 3 of Euphoria… and somehow this show just keeps getting more chaotic. This week, Nate and Cassie finally tie the knot in what might be the most cursed wedding ever put on screen. On the surface, it’s all perfect flowers and forced smiles. Underneath? Debt, lies, emotional breakdowns, and… yeah… a missing toe. Totally normal wedding vibes.Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/recapnrecord/https://www.instagram.com/280plus_pod/https://www.instagram.com/whatarewedoing_pod/Follow us on X: https://x.com/levi_mccurdyhttps://x.com/280plus_PodWe get a deeper look into Jules’ past and how she ended up in the world of sugar babying, Rue continues stacking the most insane job titles imaginable, and somehow there’s still time for DEA agents, revenge plots, and a bird named Paladin catching a stray in the chaos.Meanwhile:• Nate is fighting demons, debt collectors, and basic human decency• Cassie just wants her “perfect day” no matter the cost• Jules is navigating some wildly uncomfortable interactions• Rue is one bad decision away from everything collapsingAnd through all of it, we’re left asking the real questions:What WAS that first dance? Why is everyone making the worst possible decisions at all times? And how did this wedding go from Pinterest board to horror movie in under an hour? This episode is messy, chaotic, and honestly impressive in how far it pushes the limits.Drop your thoughts in the comments. Was this the most unhinged episode yet?

  • Euphoria is OFF The Rails | Eric Dane's Final Act, New Sydney Sweeney Photos, Lies & More #302
    Apr 21 2026
Another week, another episode of Euphoria Season 3… and yeah, things are officially spiraling. In this episode of Recap & Record, Levi & Los break down everything from Episode 2, and this is where the season really starts to find its footing. The storylines are expanding, the characters are making worse decisions than ever, and somehow… we’re all still here watching.Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/recapnrecord/https://www.instagram.com/280plus_pod/https://www.instagram.com/whatarewedoing_pod/Follow us on X: https://x.com/levi_mccurdyhttps://x.com/280plus_PodLet’s start with Maddy, because this might lowkey be her episode. We get a deeper look into her post-high school life, how she landed her job, and more importantly, how close she came to building something massive in the social media world. Instead, she’s stuck watching someone else cash $700K/month checks… and now she might be plotting her next move using Cassie as the blueprint.Speaking of Cassie… yeah, nothing has changed. The reunion between her and Maddy is exactly as tense, calculated, and messy as you’d expect. Cassie is still searching for identity, validation, and purpose… and Maddy sees right through it. That poolside conversation? One of the most surgical breakdowns of a character we’ve seen in a while.Meanwhile, Nate is in full panic mode. We find out he owes some very serious money to some very serious people, and his solution? Host a party, fake business success, and try to get his wealthy “friends” to invest their way out of his problems. Totally normal behavior. And then there’s Rue… still the center of everything. Her new role working under Alamo takes her even deeper into a world she has no business being in. Drugs, power dynamics, manipulation, and just overall chaos. It’s clear she’s not just surviving anymore, she’s adapting… and that might be the most dangerous part of all.We also get more insight into the fallout from last week’s overdose, the tension building between rival players, and hints that something much bigger is coming. Add in Jules re-entering the picture, and yeah… we’re heading right back into familiar (and toxic) territory. This episode really leans into one major theme: nobody is being honest. Not with each other, and definitely not with themselves.Every character is faking something:Status. Success. Sobriety. Identity. And it’s only a matter of time before all of it crashes. If you’re watching Season 3, this is the episode where things start to click… and where the consequences start lining up.Let us know your thoughts in the comments:Are Rue and Jules ever a good idea?Is Maddy playing the long game? And how bad is this going to get for Nate?

  • Euphoria is Back! Sydney Sweeney joins OnlyFans, Zendaya is a Mule, & More! | Recap & Record Podcast
    Apr 14 2026
We’re back.Levi & Los officially stepped away from dragons, fantasy worlds, and everything that felt safely fictional… and walked straight into whatever the hell Euphoria just gave us in Season 3, Episode 1.And yeah… this one feels a little too real. It’s been four years since Season 2, and somehow Rue is no longer just battling addiction, she’s running drugs across the border, swallowing balloons like it’s a job requirement, and still telling herself she’s trying to be a good person. That’s kind of the core of this whole episode. It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable, and it constantly leaves you wondering if we’re watching a redemption arc or the slowest crash out of all time.We went into this episode hoping for direction. Instead, we got chaos… but in that very specific Euphoria way where it still looks incredible, still feels intense, and still somehow pulls you in even when you’re questioning every decision being made. Zendaya shows up immediately and reminds everyone why she’s the backbone of this show, because every time we leave Rue’s storyline, it honestly feels like we’re leaving the actual plot behind. Then we check in with everyone else, and somehow things get even weirder. Nate might be the most put-together person in the episode, which is insane considering everything we know about him. Cassie is pitching OnlyFans like it’s a long-term financial strategy, Maddy is living a highlight reel life that doesn’t quite match reality, and Lexi is just off to the side casually dropping takes that feel a little too real for this universe. And that’s kind of where we’re at after Episode 1. Nobody really feels grounded, nobody seems to be learning anything, and everything feels like it’s building toward something… we just have no idea what that something is yet.We talk through all of it. The insane opening scene, Rue’s new situation and how bad it can actually get, the direction of the show after such a long break, and whether this season is setting up redemption or just doubling down on the chaos. We also get into everything surrounding the show itself, from the long delay to the cast changes and what that might mean for where this story is heading. At the end of the day, this episode reminds you exactly why people got hooked on Euphoria in the first place. It’s uncomfortable, it’s unpredictable, and even when you’re sitting there asking “what are we doing here”… you’re still watching. And honestly, that might be the whole point.New episodes of Recap & Record dropping as we go through Season 3.Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/recapnrecord/https://www.instagram.com/280plus_pod/https://www.instagram.com/whatarewedoing_pod/Follow us on X: https://x.com/levi_mccurdyhttps://x.com/280plus_Pod
