Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Welcome to Raven's Readings.

I will be reading to you from The Tower Treasure. It’s from 1927, the first in a series of Hardy Boys novels written under the pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon. The two teenage boys, Frank and Joe, work together as a detective team, amateurs still, but occasionally assisting their father, Fenton Hardy, a private investigator.

In the last episode, the two brothers were almost driven off the road by a speeding car. They discovered it had been later crashed into a ditch, and that their friend’s yellow roadster had been stolen. We have a crime for the detectives already.

I do readings twice a week. If you subscribe to my Substack newsletter, you'll get notified of my updates as soon as they are ready. If you enjoy this reading or have other classics you'd like to hear, please leave a comment.

Remember that you can manage here which sections of my SubStack you’ll receive emails for—Fiction, Odds and Ends, Podcastings, Sort of a Journal, or all.
