"Rare Whale Ballet" and other poems by Lila Cutter. Lila’s writing has an almost water-like quality. It slides and splashes, it bends without breaking, and it crystalizes into some sort of mirror. Lila is an MFA student in poetry at Oregon State University with a background in equitable arts education. Her poetry often centers on perceptions of femininity, matrilineal connections, and the physical and psychic landscape of her home state of Iowa. Lila's work can be found in The Citron Review, Dream Pop Press, and Miniskirt Magazine, among others. Music by Jonas Myers. Jonas is a musician, writer, and recent graduate of the MFA program in fiction from Oregon State University. He is based in Port Townsend, Washington.
