About this listen
Chapter 12 of Saint John, we are reminded that JESUS has the power to raise the dead. Then, once again, a "man" (Judas Iscariot) used an excuse to stop Mary from anointing JESUS, in preparation for HIS burial. however, the highlight for me is the testimony of JESUS raising Lazarus from the dead.
Lazarus is definitely a character who stands out amongst the rest of JESUS' friend. For it is recorded in the 11th chapter that JESUS wept for Lazarus (John 11:35.)
The 13th chapter focuses on Peter being fully accepted onto the ministry of JESUS. Then on the other hand, Satan entered into Judas Iscariot (13:27) -- the betrayal. Then Peter is rebuked about his courage, without courage, because he was due to deny JESUS.
The 14th chapter is probably the most used scripture used at funeral around the world. Also, one of JESUS most famous quotes; "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (14:6.)
