In the upcoming November 4, 2025, election, Proposition 14 is a proposed Texas constitutional amendment to create and fund the Dementia Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (DPRIT). If approved, the proposition would establish the largest state-funded dementia research program in the United States.

The amendment would allocate an initial $3 billion from the state's general revenue to establish the Dementia Prevention and Research Fund.
The funding is designated for research, prevention, and treatment of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and related neurological disorders.
