I'd give this podcast 100 stars if I could!
I am a full time Pilates teacher and have been waiting for a podcast like this since I qualified. Its packed with the latest evidence based education. I have learned so much from these podcasts. If you're a Pilates/movement teacher its a must listen, that said many of the episodes are relevant to life in general i.e positive thinking, pain management etc.
Thank you Raph and Chloe for making education fun.
