Have people ever counted you out because of what you look like, what your background is, or what they think you're capable of? In this week's call, we are breaking down why you need to drop the baggage, stop listening to the critics, and remember that you are significantly stronger than you think.

It all starts with a quick personal story about a surprise encounter with an unwelcome visitor—a bee—that reminded me just how fiercely we have to fight when something invades our personal space.

That little battle led me straight to 1 Samuel 17:32-49, the classic story of David and Goliath. When King Saul tried to count David out and tell him he wasn't qualified to fight the Philistine, David didn't just back down. He ran down his entire professional resume! He reminded Saul of the lion and the bear he had already defeated.

Here is what we are standing on this week:

• Your Labor is Not in Vain: Just like David, your past preparation matters. Speak boldly about what God has brought you through.

• God Puts His Super on Your Natural: David didn't defeat Goliath with heavy armor that didn't belong to him. He used what he knew, and God gave him supernatural strength to win the battle.

• You are Victorious by Default: We aren't fighting for victory; we are fighting from victory because Jesus has already won the war. It's a fixed fight!

In this week's call, we are breaking down what it truly means to carry a victorious mindset and allow God to shine His light through you in the middle of tough career and business seasons.

It all started when I was watching Zootopia 2 with my children and caught a powerful revelation from a character who kept declaring: "We shall succeed!"

That phrase led me straight to Job 22:28: "You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you."

According to the dictionary, light is "something that makes vision possible." God has given you divine ideas and professional visions, and He is the only one who can make them possible! When chaos or darkness tries to take over your workspace, remember:

God IS Light: (1 John 1:5) There is zero darkness in Him. When you step into a virtual or physical meeting room, you bring the light with you.

You are Hardpressed, But NOT Crushed: (2 Corinthians 4:6-10) You might feel struck down by deadlines, critics, or market shifts, but by the grace of God, you are not destroyed. You don't have to fight for victory—you are fighting from victory!

Let Your Light Shine: (Matthew 5:16) Allow your actions, your choices, and your excellence to draw people toward the father.
