As we come to the end of another week and prepare to step into a new one, I want to leave you with a reminder that has the power to change how you see yourself, your circumstances, and your future.

Today's message is for the weary.

It's for the exhausted.

It's for the person who has been carrying a heavy load.

It's for the one who has been strong for everyone else.

It's for the one who keeps showing up, keeps praying, keeps believing, and keeps pressing forward, but if you're honest, you're tired.

Today we're talking about something incredibly powerful; something that every single one of us carries with us every day.

Our words.

Today, I want to talk to those who may feel discouraged.

Those who feel like progress is taking too long.

Those who have experienced setbacks.

Those who have made mistakes.

Those who thought they would be further along by now.

Those who have considered giving up.

If that's you, today's message is simple:

Keep moving forward.

Today's message is one that every one of us needs from time to time because if we're honest, fear has a way of showing up when we least expect it.

Fear shows up when we're facing uncertainty.

Fear shows up when we're waiting on answers.

Fear shows up when we're stepping into something new.

Fear shows up when we're trying to obey God.

Fear shows up when we have to make difficult decisions.

Fear shows up when life doesn't go according to our plans.

But today's encouragement is simple:

Fear may knock, but faith answers the door.

Today I want to encourage you with a truth that many of us need to hear and truly believe:

You are already equipped for this season.

Today, we're going back to the basics.

Sometimes we become so familiar with church, Bible studies, sermons, and Christian language that we forget how important the foundational questions really are.

Questions like:

Who is God?

Why should I believe in Him?

How do I know He's real?
