Charles Corby is the 5th generation owner of Pittsford Farms Dairy & Bakery and was really the mastermind behind many of the pivots that business has made in the past couple of decades. Charles was behind the expansion of the retail store to what it is today, the ramping up of production on the milk for larger distribution, and yes, Charles is the one who said "we should start making ice cream".
