Praying for ourselves, praying for and with other believers and praying for the lost. With God in us, and living in unity, we fight our enemies with the authority of the Lord Almighty. People around us will praise God, and they will meet our Father, because of our testimonies of his power. It’s an absolute privilege to have God’s glory shining through us, it’s an honour to demonstrate it to those around us.

The Bible teaches us that being righteous means standing approved before God. While we have all sinned and fallen short of His Glory, He still does not abandon us. If we look at God's covenant with Abraham, his faith in God's promise was credited to him as righteousness. The same was spoken of by Paul in Romans, and it is Jesus who gave Himself as the ultimate sacrifice and redeemed us from our sins. We wear that righteousness as a breastplate along with the shield of faith (part of the armour of God), as written in Ephesians 6. We are called to be thankful for Jesus bearing the full punishment of our sins on the cross, so that we can stand righteous before God and have a relationship with Him.
