Not how I wanted it to go. Was little colder then id like. Was also very unmotivated to run it. Thought about skipping and sleeping in. I knew coming in my knee and hamstring would be a issue but wasnt sure exactly at what point. Well that was mile 12 going over bridge before hill to pitt. But mile 16 knew wasnt gonna be able hang on. Still may have bq if I hurt myself. But to get safe buffer was out the door. So gave up. Leg got worse rest race.

Though before mile 12 pace was spot on where i wanted and needed it to be. I was actually running very comforatable. Wasnt pushing or going hard. Was shocked how well i was running with effort. That leaves me wondering what would of happened if i locked in and was going for it. I know i would have blown up at some point but be interesting to see when and what time could have finished in if healthy and was going for it.

Going over my Pittsburgh Marathon 2026 Race plans. The weather is going to suck, not looking forward to that. My goal time I set at the beginning of the year is out the window. No where near in shape or healthy as I hoped for. heck I may wake up and not even run if I feel it's to cold. Not worth it to me to het sick or push thru.
