Nurse Patient Forum

Welcome to the Nurse Patient Forum! Where REAL medical professionals discuss serious current issues in healthcare featuring REAL patients and their experiences. We prioritize facts over feelings. It's seems the new "trend" is to put feelings before factual, peer reviewed information. We will bring awareness to the dangers of parasocial relationships and how they directly cause havoc in the medical system. Many large "creators" influence their audiences to attack medical professional (in real life!), by finding out where they work and live, mass calling employers, simply because they speak out on issues they feel passionately about ie: combatting misinformation and false patient advocacy.

  • Episode 2: How are Large Creators Really Using Their Platforms?
    Dec 23 2024

It is no secret that there are many large creators that do not use their platforms for good. In fact, it seems they may be encouraging their followers to bully and attack anyone that doesn't immediately agree with them. Let's talk about how this effects the medical community specifically. Examples of this are encouraging mass reporting of nurses over social media posts when there are more appropriate ways to deal with that issue.
