In this debrief episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Brandon examines the patterns that kept Tally invested in a relationship that had become increasingly unsafe.

The debrief explores how the dream of creating a family kept hope alive, how promises and self-awareness repeatedly reset the abuse cycle, and how Tally’s basic needs were reframed as demands. Jun 28 2026

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Tally shares how the seemingly perfect man next door became controlling, intimidating, and physically dangerous.

It's a story of control, intimidation, jealousy, triangulation, emotional neglect, family enabling, future faking, dreams, physical abuse, strangulation, emotional caretaking, coercive control, promises to change, cycles of abuse, walking on eggshells, phone monitoring, needs reframed as demands, belittling, putdowns, custody, and the religious image.
