SERMON TITLE: What Faithfulness Looks Like

    SCRIPTURE PASSAGE: Ruth 3:1–18

KEY VERSE(S): Ruth 3:1 — "My daughter, should I not seek rest for you, that it may be well with you?"

    THEME: Faithfulness

BOTTOMLINE: Following faithful counsel is an act of faith.

    PROMO DESCRIPTION:

Some of the most important moments in your life were shaped by someone who saw further down the road than you could. This Sunday, as we continue through the Book of Ruth, we're going to focus on her mother-in-law, Naomi.

She had lost everything, but used everything she had left to invest in Ruth's future. She guided her toward courage, covenant, and a redeemer. And for Ruth, we'll see that following faithful counsel is an important act of faith.

We'll talk about the Naomis in your life (the mothers, grandmothers, and mentors), who speak into your future, and what it looks like to actually follow their counsel. Join us as we discover how God often guides us through faithful people He's placed in our path.

Ruth: Finding God in the ordinary

Everyone's looking for the right partner, but most of us are using the wrong filter. This Sunday, we're back in the Book of Ruth, asking a question that cuts to the heart of every relationship: How do you know if someone is worth trusting?

At the end of chapter two, God begins to pull back the curtain on who Boaz really is in how he treats a foreign widow who can offer him nothing. It turns out the ordinary moments are where character is revealed and formed.

This message is for those still searching for the right one, for those who've been drawn to someone for the wrong reasons, for those who want to rekindle the flame when the chemistry has faded, and for those who want to become the kind of person worth choosing for the long term.
