Okay, nobody actually asked for it, but that's not going to stop Elias and Cole from returning with the full story of their parents' work as missionaries in Papua New Guinea, recounting their memories of a newborn church as the gospel is taught and changes lives.

This episode concludes Season 2 of Mostly Irrelevant. The fact that "seasons" don't really mean anything for this podcast is mostly irrelevant.

With year one of college officially in the past, Elias and his soon-to-be-birthdayed companion catch up on the past three weeks of life (which may or may not be because they haven’t uploaded an episode in twenty-two days.)

(Yes, that's right, the Greatest Of All Time of all time.) The answer may surprise you, especially because the hosts seem slightly biased towards mustaches.

Elias and Cole eventually talk about their various hobbies and sing the praises of baritone ukuleles, but not before taking the necessary route of talking about aliens and predictions of the rapture.

Elias and Cole return, inconspicuously pretending that it's only been a week since their last episode, only for Elias to announce that he has won the ongoing College Bingo challenge. Cole, thwarted by his own forgetfulness, now must shamefully present his cohost with a Lego BrickHeadz character. Through the rest of the episode, the two catch up on their spring breaks and make various random comments about their future careers.

This week's discussion touches on Elias' and Cole's first impressions of each other, the smudge on Cole's nose, and the way their philosophy of self-introduction has changed from "Look at my Pokémon cards!" to something hopefully a little more mature.

Cole and Elias get a little more philosophical to answer a burning life question which definitely applies to them: "Would you buy a $1,000 wedding dress?" They discuss which is superior: experiences (such as concerts and amusement parks) or material things (such as pants).
