Romans 10:9 tells us to confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that we will be saved, but is that all that is required from us as believers? The bible shares with us numerous people who spoke out in faith to Jesus because they believed Jesus Himself could meet their need.

The Holy Spirit is so often misunderstood and under utilised in our Christian walk. The Holy Spirit is the gift that Jesus said the Father would leave us after he ascends and there are gifts the Holy Spirit gives us to help us on our journey of faith for the Kingdom of God.

The book of Hebrews talks to us about the plurality of Baptism and in Luke's Gospel John the Baptist tells the people there is One who is coming that will baptise you with Holy Spirit and Fire.

The 11 Disciples who remained found themselves with Jesus and He told them to remain until the Father will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever. I don't think any of the disciples would have envisioned the change that would come over their lives once they received the power of the Holy Spirit.

George McArdle shares with us a word about being ready for the wave of the Lord who is coming in like a flood over our lives. Being ready for more from God so we all can walk in all the promises and purposes that our loving God has for us.

What is revival? Charles Spurgeon said "Revival begins by Christians getting right first and then spills over into the world. If we want revivals, we must revive our reverence for the Word of God." Whatever revival is, it cannot happen without one incredibly important person and that is the person of the Holy Spirit.

Today God could use you, we just need to have faith and be available.

2 Corinthians Chapter 4 tells us to keep or fix our eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen because all we see in this world is temporary not eternal. Because of Jesus and what He did on the cross we all as believers are fixing our eyes on eternity with Christ.
