The first step is knowing what you want—what are your values, dreams, priorities and goals? Why do you get out of bed each morning? Who are your most important relationships? What is your purpose, and what makes you feel alive?

1. Be mindful of the media you consume- ask yourself 2 ? What is my purpose for social media? Am I following people that make me 1% better ? 
2. Choose to be kind- what do you need to do to integrate more kindness into your marriage?
3. Do something that brings you joy- 
4. Ask “why” before you buy- 
5. Practice active listening-  
6. Make time for self-reflection- walk with your spouse or sit on the patio today and slow down and reflect 
7. Do something you can be proud of- What can you do that makes you proud?
8. Question your “have to’s”
9. Prioritize rest and self-care
10. Know when it’s time to let go- forgive and don’t let bitterness creep into your hearts
